Our OK Cigalike Refill multipack deals have been around since day one and have always been really popular with our customers. Offering free batteries and/or lower prices per pack, these multipacks have continued to offer fantastic value to our customers over the years.
Earlier this year, we sent a survey out to our customers to find out if there was anything we could improve on. The results of this survey highlighted to us that some customers would prefer to not receive a free battery every time they ordered a multipack. The results also highlighted a desire for some alternative multipack sizes.
OK Cigalike Refill Multipack Deals Are Changing
After receiving this invaluable feedback from our customers, we went to work looking at how we could improve our Cigalike Refill Multipack deals.
We are now pleased to say that we have brand new multibuy deals on the way, making it easier and more convenient than ever before to stock up on your favourite refills.
From the 24th January, our current multipacks will be replaced with our fantastic new multibuy offers. From this date, it will be even easier to benefit from bulk savings with multibuy offers available directly from each refill product page. We have also tweaked the pack sizes and are offering lower prices per pack without a spare battery, with the option to add spare batteries at a reduced price, giving our customers more flexibility.

How to Buy Our New Multibuy Deals
Our new pack sizes and pricing will go live on the 24th January 2022.
From this date, you will be able to buy our new multibuy deals by simply going to the product page for your usual refill flavour/strength. You can then select whether you would like to buy individual packs, or one of the new multibuy deals. If you choose a multibuy deal, you will also be given the option to add a spare battery.

When Will the New Multibuy Offers be Available?
Our new refill multibuy offers will go live on the 24th January 2022.
What Will Happen to the Current Multipack Deals?
Once the new multibuy offers have launched, our current 4, 6, 13, 30 & 50 Refill Multipack Deals will no longer be available.
We have worked hard to ensure that our new offers give our customers greater flexibility whilst still offering fantastic value. We know that our customers don't always need a new battery, so our new deals offer the benefit of lower prices per pack with the option to add on a spare battery at a reduced price as and when required.
What Will Happen to Existing Multipack Subscriptions?
We currently offer subscriptions across the existing range of refill multipack deals. If you have an existing Refill Multipack subscription with us, this will continue to renew in order to cause as little disruption as possible.
However, our new refill multibuys will be available on subscription. Therefore, if you currently have a subscription and would like to change to one of the new deals, you can simply cancel your existing subscription and set up a new one by selecting the 'Choose a Subscription' option against any of the multibuy deals on your chosen refills product page.
